Do I have to provide cleaning products and equipment?

No, all of our cleaners will use their own detergents, tools, and vacuum cleaner.

Where do you operate?

We are available for holiday let changeovers in Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch & surrounding areas. Please contact us before booking if you have any doubts about your area.

What is included in a changeover?

A changeover visit will include the making of beds, cleaning bathroom and kitchen, dusting surfaces, hoovering floors, removal of rubbish, removal/storage of belongings left behind, and report of any problems that require attention.

Is this service insured?

Yes, all holiday rental cleaning experts that we use have public liability insurance.

Pricing & policies

Are prices fixed?

Yes. The prices quoted on our website already allow leeway for messier guests. This allows us to keep prices fixed.

When will I be charged?

You will receive an invoice every Friday by email.

How soon can I book a changeover before the date it’s due?

You can book up to 24 hours before the changeover date.

Trust & Safety

What is your refund policy?

Any complaints will be considered and our team will return to the property free of charge if the complaint is justified. There are no refunds on any payments made, it is at our discretion based on the individual situation whether we offer to correct the work free of charge or offer a discount on future bookings.

What happens if guests have damaged my property?

When the property has been damaged or left in a particularly bad state, we will get in touch with you before doing anything. Depending on what platform the guests booked through, you may need to collect photo evidence to submit a claim against their deposit. Once photo evidence has been sent over by our team, we will then advise you how much longer the clean will take and any additional charge.
